About Inner Actions Consulting & Design
Inner Actions™ Consulting & Design grew out of our sister therapy practice. Originally we combined consulting work with the therapy practice. Under this guise, significant work was undertaken in the not-for-profit sector in the areas of policy, research and office automation projects.
In 2007, the consulting aspect of this work was separated into a new trading entity. We decided at the time to use a completely different name to maintain boundaries between the enterprises. This enabled us to better target our services to our respective clientele. The focus became Small Business Consulting, with a focus on providing a "whole of business" support for small business enterprises. In practice, the key needs of our clients crystallised into the provision of marketing, on-line services and office automation support.
In 2009, we decided to realign to focus on on-line marketing solutions and office automation. In 2010 we discovered that a third party had established Intellectual Property rights to our new trading entity; we decided to bring the marketing enterprise "home" and establish it as a seperate division under the Inner Actions™ banner with its own domain and trading entity.
We are passionate about providing our clients with solid well-designed business marketing solutions. Our focus is on empowering our clients to meet the challenge of modern marketing while remaining competitive and affordable.
About Our People
Allan Brownsdon
Allan has a rich and varied career ranging from the technical, Information Technology, Education, Management and Small Business sectors. He has excellent business skills, extensive experience and is passionate about using Information Technology to enhance business processes. Allan combines his business skills with his IT skills to focus on business outcomes.
Luisa Dal Molin
Luisa likewise has a varied career in areas as diverse as Human Resource Management/Development, policy development, program management, contract management and the health services field. She has a particular eye for colour combinations and style which she uses to enhance our web designs and ensure that the "small details" are not missed.
Outside Services
We have a range of people to whom we sub-contract some aspects of work - in particular database design and development. When appropriate, we draw on the skills of these people to achieve project requirements, while maintaining overall project management and design responsibility.
